Discipline

Please note sending off report forms must be sent and received by me by no later than 9am on the second day following the Match, not now within 48 hours. A copy should also be sent to Referee Society Disciplinary Officer. The same applies for non Staffordshire players, they must be sent to their appropriate County Disciplinary Secretary

For non-Staffordshire players the report forms must be sent to their county disciplinary secretary (as listed on SRUSR website) 

Please could we just ask for Red Card Reports to go to the secretary@srusr.co.uk in addition to Kev.
