Here (below and attached) are our plans for Staffordshire Cluster and Cup rugby from January onward. They may, of course, have to be changed, but this gives us a starting point
For the avoidance of doubt, adult community rugby is not permitted in Tier 4 areas
The RFU Council has voted in favour of a number of features for a new competition structure for the adult male game from Level 3 down, scheduled to come into effect in the 2022/23 season
