the 3Pillars Annual Awards Ceremony
On behalf of 3Pillars Project, we would be delighted to invite you and members of your rugby club to our Annual Awards Ceremony. This special event celebrates the inspiring journeys and achievements of the individuals we support through our rugby-based mentoring programmes across schools, prisons, and young offender institutions in the Midlands.
We would love for you to join us on Friday, 15 August, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Lady Bay – Nottinghamshire Sports Club, the official home of Nottingham Rugby. This fantastic venue will provide the perfect backdrop for an inspiring afternoon featuring:
- A friendly game of touch rugby: Open to all ages and abilities – a great chance to have some fun on the very pitches where Nottingham Rugby plays!
- Fun fête-style games: Engaging activities for both adults and children to enjoy.
- Awards ceremony: Celebrating the remarkable progress and successes of our beneficiaries, participants, and dedicated volunteers.
- Lunch: We’ll be providing refreshments and food for all attendees (further details to follow).
This event offers a fantastic opportunity to witness firsthand the transformative power of sport and how 3Pillars is making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals within our community. By attending, you’ll gain insight into how our rugby-based mentoring helps men and children in custody develop essential skills, gain qualifications, and prepare for successful reintegration into society.
We believe that your club’s passion for rugby and commitment to community values align perfectly with the ethos of 3Pillars. We would be incredibly grateful if you could spread the message about our Annual Awards Ceremony amongst your club members and encourage them to bring their families along. This is a family-friendly event, and we believe it would be a wonderful opportunity for your members to learn more about our work, connect with like-minded individuals who champion second chances, and enjoy a fun afternoon of rugby-related activities at the home of Nottingham Rugby.
We are particularly keen to connect with individuals who share our love for rugby, a desire to make a positive impact, and a strong commitment to our local community. Your support and involvement could help us raise awareness and further expand the reach of our vital programmes.
Please RSVP to confirm your attendance and the number of guests who will be joining you (including the ages of any children under 18). We eagerly anticipate welcoming you to Lady Bay on August 15th! Please see our flyer attached.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to the possibility of celebrating with you at the home of Nottingham Rugby.
All the best
