Girls Player Pathway Coach
We are looking to appoint a Girls Player Pathway Coach with a Strength & Conditioning focus, supporting the development of players across both the U16 PDG and U18 County Pathway programmes.
The role would suit a coach with experience or a particular interest in strength & conditioning, physical development, athletic performance and the long-term development of young players.
The position is a voluntary role, with agreed expenses and mileage covered, and will run from September 2026 through the season.
