Tips to keep games on
We recognise the challenges some teams are having fielding full teams as we return from the pandemic and we will continue to monitor data around match completion rates.
To support teams in keeping games on, we’re sharing a video of top tips from clubs who have enjoyed success to help other teams around the country. This could be through adopting ‘Game On’ principles or by connecting players and teams via fixture exchanges or other approaches that have reduced cancellations.
The video below can also be found @RFU twitter to retweet. Thank you to everyone who shared ideas to help create this.
We are also hosting a Back in the Game Webinar on 7 February at 7pm to explain how you can get involved in and capitalise on our national Back in the Game campaign during the Guinness Six Nations, to help bring more social players back onto the pitch at your clubs.
The webinar will also provide tips and ideas on how flexing your playing offer could minimise game cancellations.
