Staffordshire and Keele University

County President, John McDermott and Council Member, Mick Procter were on hand to witness Keele University womens team playing against Bangor university on Wednesday.

The university was awarded sponsorship from the county and now play in their new kit branded with Staffordshire Rugby Union.

The women went on to have a very competitive game with high flying Bangor but alas could not overcome their visitors on the score sheet
