International ticket allocations

The allocations of International tickets to community rugby clubs whose first XVs play at Level three or below, and any other RFU voting clubs not playing in the RFU leagues, will change from the Guinness Six Nations 2021 for the following two years. , registered on the GMS Team Management module, as a proportion of the national total of matches.

We have re-calculated the indicative allocations for those advised in June 2019 after all the clubs were given the opportunity to add missing fixtures to GMS; that opportunity has now closed. For the vast majority of community clubs, that indicative total has not changed, or at most changed upwards or downwards by two tickets. However, the Ticket Office is in the process of emailing clubs whose indicative allocations have increased or decreased by three or more tickets to advise them of their revised total and the number of matches on which that allocation is based.

Clubs are reminded to load 15-a-side fixtures and results onto their GMS Team Management module for their U14 to adult teams for the 2019/20 season. It is much easier to do this regularly rather than waiting until the end of the season. All matches and their outcome for the 2019/20 season must be uploaded by Friday 22 May 2020. There will not be an opportunity after this date to add additional fixtures or the outcome to count towards International ticket allocations.
