Travel Funding update

As communicated throughout the summer, there would be a small amount of funding to support travel in RFU leagues on an urgent needs basis for season 2021/22 only.

We received a large number of applications and the fund was significantly oversubscribed. Therefore a panel, made up of Council Members supported by RFU employees, has been assessing applications over the past two weeks. Sadly, it was impossible to allocate funding to all clubs and allocate the amount requested in all cases. Clubs will be informed either way this week, commencing 23rd August, and where successful, the payment will be made by the shortly
