Please see the link below circulated to all Clubs in the Midlands to get their views. The questionnaire is anonymous and it takes about 30 seconds to complete.
We want to circulate it to as many players and officials as possible to get their views on whether they would prefer 10 or 12 team leagues and also where in the season they would like the Papa Johns Cups placed.
