Ready2Ref

The Ready2Ref course officially launched on 1^st August 2025, and the uptake across the game has been extremely encouraging.

To date, 125 Ready2Ref courses have been requested, with 1348 candidates registered. As of the end of 2025, 69 Ready2Ref courses have been delivered, with 756 candidates attending their face-to-face practical day.

Courses have already been delivered across 27 Referee Society areas nationwide this season, ensuring wide geographic coverage and access for new match officials.

Ready2Ref courses can continue to be delivered until 30^th June 2026, and we encourage Referee Societies, Clubs, Schools, Colleges & Universities to keep promoting and scheduling courses to maintain this positive momentum through the remainder of the season.
