Inclusion and Diversity Survey

For the past two years, we have asked people involved in the community game  to take part in our inclusion and diversity survey.  This research has helped shape and inform our work in this area and is key to supporting the RFU with its strategic objective to drive rugby union in England to better reflect the diversity of society.
