GMS Payments and Club Websites
It was great to meet you at Cannock on Tuesday 23rd July, as mentioned please find attached the documents on the payment side of things and club websites.
Just a recap of those features available to clubs via GMS:
- Membership Payments – Taking payments online (via Direct Debit or Card) for the purchase of a club membership. These can be purchased by existing members logging into GMS (Self Service) or there is the option to make them available via the website for new members to view and buy online.
- Product Payments – Set up products that can be purchased when an individual logs into GMS, examples include: Donations, Club Kit etc
- Event Payments – Set up Club events (End of Season Tours, BBQ, Fireworks, Dinners) promote either externally (via the Club Website) or internally (logged in members of GMS) and allow people to purchase tickets
- Club websites – A free templated website which can be used to promote the club. Full integration with GMS, meaning the club has a single source for all club administration. Benefit from Teams, Players, Competitions, Events, Memberships all linked and surfaced on the website, populated once in GMS. No longer will a club need to utilise multiple databases. Clubs can also benefit from zero third party advertising, all ad space is dedicated to the club to help them strengthen their sponsorship and promote those sponsors that help support the club.
- Event Payments – Set up Club events (End of Season Tours, BBQ, Fireworks, Dinners) promote either externally (via the Club Website) or internally (logged in members of GMS) and allow people to purchase tickets
- Dedicated support for both payments and websites to help you with any questions or queries you may have.
