Community Rugby Help
Following an in-depth review from leading customer service experts, a number of recommendations were identified to enhance our online support for the rugby family and give the community game a single place to find the information they need in a convenient and intuitive way, whilst also being able to ask questions and receive answers direct from a qualified agent.
As well as accessing support, the help centre will also feature important announcements and the current Community Game Update so clubs and CBs can always find the most up to date information at the click of a button.
